Thank you for shopping with us! Because our items are custom-made specifically for you upon receiving your order, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional off-the-shelf retail stores. Please review our policies below before completing your purchase.
⏱️ Order Modifications & Cancellations
Our team moves quickly to get your order processed.
- You have exactly 2 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or address correction.
- Please email us immediately at support@milh.com with your order number.
- Once an item enters our custom manufacturing process, the order cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.
📐 Sizing and Color Selection
Because every product is manufactured strictly to order, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made inventory.
- We cannot offer refunds or product exchanges if you accidentally select the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
- To ensure a perfect fit, please carefully review the Size Chart provided on the product listing page before checking out.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during transit, we will send you a brand-new replacement item completely free of charge!
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered.

How to Claim: Send an email to support@milh.com containing:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.
- No Return Needed: Once we verify the error, we will immediately send out your replacement product. Do not mail the item back to us or our manufacturing facilities.
📍 Shipping Address Errors
- If a package is returned to sender because an incomplete or incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to your updated address.
- Please verify your address carefully before finalizing your payment.
